THE COMPANY

SAM Headhunting Ireland is part of the very successful SAM group of companies which is engaged in executive, management and specialist recruitment throughout Europe. In order to expand our presence in the Irish market we now wish to recruit Associates / Partners.

The key features of the SAM business model are:

• The Partners, who are the driving force in the company, are all experienced business executives
• The product concepts and the organisation are based on solid business experience and extensive use of technology - in particular the internet
• The infrastructure is based on a virtual organisation with home offices and a lean cost structure
• The business model is very competitive and to a large extent based on 'success' fees

THE POSITION

• The Associates/Partners in SAM Headhunting work independently with responsibilities for their own client base
• They manage search assignments from sale through to completion
• Develop and service own customer base
• Be part of the the team to successfully develop SAM Headhunting Ireland
• Participate in general business and organisation development of SAM Headhunting

THE CANDIDATE

• Must have 10+ years experience at management/executive level
• Ideally this experience will have been gained in a variety of industries and/or functions
• Hands-on individual with the ability to sell and complete client assignments
• Motivated self-starter and capable of working independently
• Solid IT know-how at user level
• Must have a strong business network
• Must be able to establish a home office

REMUNERATION

The Associates/Partners work as self-employed consultants and obtain attractive fees from completed assignments. In addition Partners will participate in profit sharing in SAM Headhunting Ireland.
